Dr. Weaver has held a wide range of jobs in public service, social work, and academia. As a Navy veteran, he has also worked as an emergency medical technician, law enforcement officer, case manager, researcher, and professor. His Ph.D. in social work informs his podcasting work through education in research, data analysis, teaching, ethical frameworks, mental health, and more.
